(Greenville, SC) – The Greenville Triumph SC, the Upstate’s premier soccer club, has tapped Scott Columbia to be its director of corporate partnerships for both the Triumph men’s team and Liberty women’s team. A highly motivated and passionate professional, Columbia is charged with identifying and developing new corporate partnerships while working to enhance existing partnerships.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with such an exceptional team,” Columbia said. “I’m proud to be part of an organization that brings so much joy and unity to the Upstate and look forward to playing an active role in the development of the Greenville Triumph and Greenville Liberty.”
As senior director of corporate partnerships, Columbia will work collaboratively with other departments in the soccer club to ensure partner relationships are a priority and agreements are fulfilled.
“We are thrilled to have Scott join our Triumph and Liberty family,” Greenville Triumph President Chris Lewis said. “Scott’s corporate experience and keen ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships in the Upstate business community will be vital as the organization works toward an exciting future for the Club, our fans, supporters and corporate partners.”
With a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University, Columbia previously held an executive role at KATANA Safety, serving as chief revenue officer and vice president of sales. Columbia joins the Triumph with more than a decade of experience in project and sales management across multiple industries, including communications, technology and consumer electronics.
