Manchester United have reportedly identified Roma striker Tammy Abraham as a possible option to bolster their attack. 

According to The Telegraph, Abraham is one of the players that United are considering.

The report claims that Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Tottenham’s Harry Kane are United’s main targets.

However, if they are unable to secure a deal for either of those players then they could turn to former Chelsea forward Abraham.

Since his move to Roma in 2021 Abraham has scored 34 goals in 81 games.

Abraham had a similar record due his time at Chelsea, with 30 goals in 82 games.

The 25-year-old’s prior experience of playing in the Premier League could prove to be useful for United.

United boss Erik ten Hag is eager to sign a high-profile striker in the summer transfer window. 

Wout Weghorst joined on loan from Burnley last month until the end of the season, while Anthony Martial, who is currently injured is another option.

However, United want to strengthen significantly in that department. 

A deal for Osimhen could cost £107million, but Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis insisted that he isn’t for sale.

De Laurentiis said: ‘I can tell you that Osimhen is not for sale.  

‘Our players are in demand, but I don’t have to sell anyone.

‘We don’t have any debts’.
