December 12, 2022 – United Soccer League Championship (USL) – Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC News Release
PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC and the Riverhounds Academy welcomed 57 teams over the opening weekends of December, making the second annual Three Rivers College Showcase a successful event for high-school aged players from Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York.
More than 50 college coaches were in attendance for games at the AHN Montour Junction complex in Coraopolis, with additional matches at the Hounds’ Highmark Stadium home and at Chatham University’s Graham Field in Wilkinsburg. Those in attendance were treated to high-quality play across all age groups and cool but pleasant conditions for the players to display their ability.
The Hounds wish to congratulate each of the teams that topped their divisions over the past two weekends, and say thanks to all the clubs, officials, vendors and staff who took part and helped make the event a success!
