National Women’s Soccer League Adds Three Senior Hires to League Office

NEW YORK – The National Women’s Soccer League today expanded its front office operations with the hirings of Carlin Hudson as the league’s Director of Strategy, Celine Perrot-Johnson as Chief Financial Officer and Maureen Raisch as Creative Director. With these three new hires, the league has doubled its staff since Commissioner Berman’s tenure began in April 2022.


“Carlin, Celine and Maureen all bring impressive experience to the league and I am excited to welcome them to the team,” said NWSL Commissioner Jessica Berman. “Our success will be driven by our people and our culture. As we continue to assemble the resources necessary to elevate the NWSL, I know this trio of incredible talent will be instrumental in helping us create the league our players, fans and stakeholders deserve.”

As Director of Strategy, Hudson will oversee the facilitation and execution of the NWSL’s strategic initiatives across the league and its member clubs. She will also oversee the cataloging, analyzing, and sharing of key lessons and resources and provide insights and guidance to advance the league’s success, credibility, and strategic priorities.

“As a former NWSL player, I couldn’t be more excited to return to the league in this new role,” said Hudson. “I look forward to leveraging both my professional experience and playing background to help create and implement strategic initiatives that will ensure the NWSL’s long-term success across all aspects of the league.”

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Perrot-Johnson will oversee all financial matters for the league, working closely with senior management to develop and implement business and financial strategies across the organization, including budgeting, long and short-term financial planning and forecasting, analysis and reporting.

“I’m honored to be joining the NWSL family as Chief Financial Officer,” said Perrot-Johnson. “The league continues to see exciting growth across the board and I look forward to helping guide the organization with effective business strategies and best practices to aid us in capitalizing on that growth.”

As Creative Director, Raisch will oversee the league’s brand vision across digital and social platforms, offline experiential events and merchandise, and spearhead the development and creation of engaging and relevant creative for championships, tournaments, launches, events, social, growth, and motion design disciplines….
