The match will be aired live on the Pac-12 Network, while live stats can be found at HuskyStats.com.

SCOUTING UCLA

UCLA is in its first season under the direction of head coach Margueritte Aozasa. Prior to making the move to Westwood, Aozasa spent seven seasons as an assistant coach at Stanford, helping guide the Cardinal to a pair of national championships in 2017 and 2019.

The Bruins are led in scoring by a pair of forwards in senior Sunshine Fontes and junior Reilyn Turner with nine goals apiece. Fontes also paces UCLA with six assists, tying for fourth in the Pac-12 with 24 points in 2022.

While four different keepers have seen action this season for UCLA, graduate student Lauren Brzykcy has started all 17 matches. Brzykcy boasts a 0.47 goals against average, registering a .851 save percentage on 40 stops.

The Huskies recorded 18 shots on the night, the second most so far this season, and the nine shots on goal were tied for a season high.

UCLA opened the scoring early, taking a 2-0 lead into halftime after goals by Reilyn Turner and a penalty conversion from Mia Fishel.

The Dawgs began the second half aggressively, getting into the final third of the UCLA defense consistently. The Huskies were rewarded for their hard work when Van der Jagt scored for her second goal in as many games.

On a corner kick played in by Summer Yates, the ball rattled around until Woods corralled the loose ball, finding Van der Jagt in the middle of the box, who slotted it home.
