Nice ‘lead Mykhalo Mudryk transfer chase despite links with Arsenal and other Premier League clubs

Nice are reportedly leading the chase for Ukraine winger Mykhaylo Mudryk despite serious interest from Arsenal and a number of other Premier League clubs.
Mudryk was heavily linked with a £25million move to the Gunners during the summer window, while Everton also reportedly failed in their pursuit of the 21-year-old.
The winger remained at Shakhtar and has made an impressive start to the season, particularly in the Champions League.

Nice are willing to pay £25million plus extras for Mudryk but Shakhtar Donetsk will demand almost double that if they are to let him leave.
Brentford are the main English club in the hunt despite attempts by Shakhtar to get Everton and Newcastle revved up to join in.
However the Bees and Co are waiting to see if Donetsk get through their Champions League group — with failure possibly lowering their sky-high valuation.
The winger has been dubbed the ‘Ukrainian Neymar’ and broke into the national team last season, impressing in cameos against Scotland and Wales in the World Cup qualifiers in June.
The Gunners made a move for the winger towards the end of the window but failed in their attempts.
