CLEMSON, S.C. — The No. 1 Clemson Tigers hit the road on Saturday to open their ACC slate against Boston College. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. with the match set to stream on ACCNX.

The Tigers enter the match as the top-ranked team in the nation and look to build upon their 4-0-0 start. Most recently, Clemson earned a 4-0 victory at home against UNC Asheville, a performance that Head Coach Mike Noonan described as “as good a performance as we’ve put on all year.”

Clemson is 12-4-5 all-time against Boston College, and has won each of the last three matches. The Tigers have lost just once over the last 15 matchups (11-1-4) with the loss coming on the road in 2018.

Tigers’ standout Ousmane Sylla has led the way for Clemson, scoring three goals and notching four assists in just four matches thus far. He has tallied a point in every contest this season, and had four points on Tuesday against UNC Asheville for the second time.

He is joined at the top of Clemson’s scoring leaderboard by senior forward Mohamed Seye, who has assisted on each of Sylla’s three goals. He’s added two of his own and has also earned four points in two matches, bringing his total on the season to eight.

Boston College enters the match 2-1-1, and is looking to start their conference schedule on the right foot following a 1-1 tie with Sienna on Tuesday.
