Brighton manager Graham Potter‘s press conference has been scrapped as Chelsea prepare to offer him their manager’s job, with both parties hoping a deal can be agreed today.
The Seagulls boss was due to speak to the media on Thursday ahead of his current side’s Premier League clash with Bournemouth, but the decision has been made to cancel the conference rather than see him face lots of questions about leaving.
Potter, who is going over a few final details of the contract this morning, is likely to be in the Chelsea dugout, along with his Brighton staff, for the Blues’ match against Fulham on Saturday.
