Arsenal legend Wright says ‘reborn’ Man Utd star looks ‘f**king dangerous’ this season

Ian Wright talks about Man Utd

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright has been extremely impressed by Marcus Rashford’s start to the new season at Man Utd.

The Red Devils beat the Gunners 3-1 over the weekend to inflict a first defeat of the season on Mikel Arteta’s men, who were probably the better side for large spells.

Once Bukayo Saka had cancelled out Antony’s opener, Man Utd showed their clinical edge with Rashford finishing off two counter-attacking moves to give Erik ten Hag’s outfit all three points.

“The only thing that is going to stop him is if the pass isn’t good enough, or his touch isn’t good enough.

“Both of the finishes got a little clip off somebody, but he’s getting the luck now. With his pace, he is f**king dangerous.”

Wright hasn’t been the only pundit to be impressed by what he’s seen from Rashford in recent weeks with Rio Ferdinand also effusive in his praise for the 24-year-old.

“Marcus Rashford today, an assist and two goals, a Marcus Rashford who is still searching for the supreme confidence he came onto the spotlight with,” Ferdinand said on his Vibe with FIVE YouTube channel.

“I think the catalyst for that [return to form] is he’s gone back to basics and that’s what…
