Leesburg, VA – Loudoun United FC has announced the club’s featured highlights for Fan Appreciation Night on October 1. Most notably, the Red-and-White are set to host the first-ever post-match firework show at Segra Field. Kickoff for Loudoun United’s last regular-season home match is slated for 6:15 p.m. EST against Detroit City FC.
The night starts with a pre-match party, a dedicated festival where fans will receive 50% off beer, water and soda, which will take place from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. in the front plaza. The party will feature a live music performance from Chris Bowen (The Bone Show)!
Fans are encouraged to arrive early as Loudoun United FC will give away ‘LUFC Thunder Sticks’ to the first 1,000 fans through the gates. As part of the night’s festivities, fans can receive free giveaways throughout the entire match.
“Fan Appreciation Night will soon become one of Loudoun United’s most notable traditions for years to come,” said Doug Raftery, Loudoun United FC Executive Business Officer. “It’s the enthusiasm and loyalty from our fans that we want to celebrate, and we look forward to a bright Red-and-White future.”
The match will also host ‘Innovation in Loudoun Night’ presented by Loudoun County Economic Development. In its third year, the Loudoun Innovation Challenge looks to promote entrepreneurship and business growth by identifying and supporting companies that are developing truly innovative products and services in Loudoun County. Winners of the Loudoun Innovation Challenge will be announced at halftime of the match. To learn more, click here.
Following the conclusion of the fireworks, all kids will be able to participate in the post-match kids kick. The fan-favorite feature allows kids of all ages to kick a ball on goal!
All suite ticket holders will be allowed to watch the fireworks show from the field. Suites include 24 tickets, a buffet through halftime, and two drinks per person for only $1,680.
