As we enter the final weeks of the transfer window, plenty of Premier League clubs are still busy in the market as they look to finalise their squads.

Yet while most of the focus will be on new arrivals, there is still set to be a number of outgoings at a number of sides in the top-flight. 

Below, Sportsmail has taken a deep dive into the Premier League clubs that still need to offload players in the final weeks of the summer window.

Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham have enjoyed arguably one of the best transfer windows in the Premier League. Six players have arrived at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as Antonio Conte attempts to build a squad that is capable of challenging for the title.

The north London side have splurged almost £100million on Richarlison, Yves Bissouma and Djed Spence, while Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster have been signed on free transfers and Clement Lenglet has arrived on a season-long loan.

And it is believed that Spurs are not done there. Conte is keen to bolster his options in the closing stages of the window but must generate funds in order to do so.

Tottenham have indicated midfield trio Harry Winks, Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso are all free to depart N17 this summer, while left-back Sergio Reguilon is also surplus to requirements.

The quartet were all left out of Spurs’ pre-season tour of South Korea last month – paving the way for their respective exits.

Finally, winger Bryan Gil is expected to be offloaded after struggling to make an impact since arriving in north London. 

The Spaniard made just nine appearances for Spurs last term and spent the second half of the season on loan at Valencia.

Chelsea

Meanwhile in west London, five Chelsea players are due to depart Stamford Bridge after they were not handed squad numbers for the season.

The list of players is headed by £33m flop Michy Batshuayi, who has spent the last few campaigns out on loan. And it appears that the striker’s time in SW5 is coming to an end following the recent number snub.
