Head coach Anthony Pulis deployed the same exact starting lineup used against New Mexico United over the weekend.

The game was uneventful until captain Paco Craig pulled Miami FC ahead in the 25th minute. Winger Joaquín Rivas sent an out-swinging cross from a free-kick to the second post. There, Craig met the ball with his head and powered it through goalkeeper Austin Wormell and into the goal.
