According to football.london, talks with the Belgian’s representatives ‘have been ongoing for a while’ and there is a suggestion they could land Tielemans for as little as £25million, which is perhaps why they are waiting, so as to force the Foxes in to a corner since they seem to need to sell Tielemans to fund their own recruitment.
Oleksandr Zinchenko also remains a target, according to The Athletic, but the Gunners are also considering Anderlecht’s Sergio Gomez, says Fabrizio Romano. Should they land either left-back, then Nuno Tavares could be on his way to Marseille.
Another defender who could be on his way is Gabriel Maghalhaes. Arsenal fans don’t tend to react well when rumours swell around the Brazilian and interest from Juventus remains, according to the Independent. Apparently the Old Lady sees Gabriel as an ideal replacement for Matthijs De Ligt.
