Four Premier League clubs are interested in signing Chelsea hotshot Levi Colwill, according to reports.

The defender, who is a product of Chelsea’s academy, spent last season on loan at Huddersfield Town in the Championship as the Terriers narrowly missed out on promotion to the the Premier League.

There were questions of whether the teenager could break into Chelsea’s first team, and, according to Fabrizio Romano, a decision is set to be made on Colwill’s future soon with Leicester, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Nottingham Forest ready to pounce.

Colwill made 32 appearances on loan at Huddersfield last season, helping the side to the play-off final before they lost 1-0 to Forest at Wembley.

He scored an own goal in the game.

Nevertheless, Colwill is rated highly, but Chelsea could be ready to cash in on the 19-year-old and be willing to listen to permanent offers.

The Blues are looking to strengthen their back line this summer in a reshuffle after the departures of Antonio Rudiger, who has signed for Real Madrid, and Andreas Christensen, who is on his way to Barcelona.
