FC Cincinnati 2 have signed Ousman Touray, pending league and federation approval. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 6’5″ forward from Maryland has been on trial with FC Cincinnati, scoring in friendly against Fort Wayne FC on June 7, a 1-1 draw.
