ORLANDO, Fla. – With the start of the 2022 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) regular season on the horizon, the Orlando Pride has released its 2022-23 Luna Kit presented by Orlando Health. The kit is inspired by Florida’s Space Coast and NASA’s Artemis Lunar Exploration Program, which aims to land the first woman and person of color on the moon by 2025.
The jersey will serve as the Club’s secondary kit for the 2022-23 seasons and is now available for pre-order at ShopOrlandoPride.com, with shipment available worldwide. Limited quantities will be available for purchase at The Den, the Club’s official team store at Exploria Stadium, on Sunday, May 1 at the Pride’s 2022 regular season opener against NJ/NY Gotham FC.

Following the unparalleled success of last year’s Ad Astra kit, which recognized icons who laid the foundation for women and minorities in space exploration, the Luna Kit completes the story. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the last lunar landing, and the Luna Kit looks ahead to the future, to those who will continue breaking barriers and trailblazing in the aerospace industry.
The foundational color of the kit is Astronaut White, adorned with Moon Grey on the collar, sleeves and trim, which carries through to the shorts.
