Liverpool is not some rags to riches tale

Liverpool play great football. Have appointed a brilliant manager. And had a great back room set up that meant they scouted good players, and sold players at good price to balance their books. Ie sensible. Should clubs claim credit for being sensible? It’s pretty much what they should be doing and something most clubs outside the top flight have to do every season.
