‘Perfect’ next move underway, as Glazers would ‘gladly’ ditch Cristiano Ronaldo from Man Utd

Inter Miami want Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo and the Glazers ‘would gladly’ see the back of him, according to one journalist.

Ronaldo has undoubtedly been one of the best players in the world for years. He has proven his talents in England, Spain and Italy, after beginning his career in Portugal.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner returned to Man Utd in the summer, after 12 years away. Ronaldo has scored 136 goals for United across his two spells at the club, with 18 of those coming since his return.

Clearly, Ronaldo has enjoyed a fantastic period of his career with United. As such, it would be fair to assume that everyone involved with United would be happy with him being at the club.

However, that does not appear to be the case. In fact, Stefano Benzi, a journalist from Italy, claims that Inter Miami have Ronaldo in their future plans, due to the the Glazers – United’s owners – wanting to see the back of the star.

“From my American correspondence I learned that there’s already the replacement of Gonzalo Higuain who could be none other than Cristiano Ronaldo,” Benzi told CMIT TV.

“There’s an important possibility of going to Miami with David Beckham, who has preferential channels with Manchester United. The Americans who manage the Red Devils would gladly get rid of Ronaldo’s salary.”
