Reading vs Man City - WSL preview: TV channel, live stream, predicted lineups & prediction

Manchester City will be vying to make it four WSL wins on the bounce on Sunday when they travel to a Reading side buoyed by collecting their first three points of the season last time out.

Rachel Rowe scored two dramatic last gasp goals as the Royals secured a vital win over relegation rivals Leicester in their most recent league outing.

City, meanwhile, bounced back from their tough start to the season to register a 100% record in October, with Bunny Shaw in devastating form.

When is kick off? Sunday 6 November 14:00 (GMT)
Where is the match being played? Madjeski Stadium
TV channel/live stream? FA Player (UK & international)
Referee? Abigail Byrne

Deanne Rose remains a long term absentee for Reading after rupturing her achilles on the opening day of the season.

Reading (3-4-3): Burns; Mukandi, Evans, Caldwell; Bryson, Rowe, Vanhaevermaet, Woodham; Wellings, Eikeland, Dowie.

Alana Kennedy remains sidelined for Manchester City with a shoulder fracture, while Ruby Mace also continues to miss out through a thigh injury. But the pair are expected to be in contention to return after the November international break.

Vicky Losada is another sidelined for City after already missing her side’s victory over Liverpool last time out with a knee injury.

Man City (4-3-3): Roebuck; Casparij, Aleixandri, Greenwood, Morgan; Hasegawa, Castellanos, Coombs; Kelly, Shaw, Hemp.

Reading had been unfortunate to not pick up a point prior to Sunday’s dramatic victory over Leicester, not getting the rub of green with a couple of refereeing decisions. The Royals tend to finish games particularly strongly, giving Arsenal and West Ham a nervy finish with their narrow leads.

Manchester City have begun to find their feet this term with their new-look squad, with the front three of Bunny Shaw, Lauren Hemp and Chloe Kelly a constant threat.

Gareth Taylor’s side should have enough quality to edge it.

Prediction: Reading 0-2 Man City
