Four Tigers Named to SEC Soccer Preseason Watch List


COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri soccer’s Keegan Good, Bella Hollenbach, Rachel Kutella and Kylee Simmons were named to the Southeastern Conference Preseason Watch List the league office announced on Wednesday.

A 2023 All-SEC First Team performer, Simmons had a standout sophomore season as she led the conference with 11 goals and ranked second in the SEC with 24 points. Additionally, the West Chester, Ohio native put 29 of her 46 shots on goal, finishing 18th in the country in shot accuracy (.630).

Hollenbach, the Tigers goalkeeper, started all 13 games she appeared in a season ago. The Woodlands, Texas native tallied 49 saves and posted a shutout against Missouri State.

The redshirt junior earned All-SEC Freshman Team honors following the 2022 season.

Kutella, the leader of the Tigers’ backline helped Mizzou to shutouts of Missouri State and SEMO last year. While anchoring the defense, the graduate also registered an assist in a win over Illinois.

Good started the last eight games of the season in 2023 while appearing in 17 total contests.

The junior midfielder registered a goal in the season-opening victory over SEMO.

Missouri soccer begins its 29th season against Missouri State at 7 p.m. on Thursday at Audrey J. Walton Stadium. The contest will be streamed live on SECN+.
