LOS ANGELES — USC women’s soccer has added Stephanie Allen to its support staff as director of operations, head coach Jane Alukonis announced today (Aug. 2). Allen joins a Trojan soccer program primed for its 2024 campaign, which will see USC make its debut in the Big Ten Conference this season.

“We are so excited to welcome Stephanie to our staff and the Trojan Family! She has extensive operations experience from the corporate and entrepreneurial sectors,” Alukonis said of Allen. “Above all, she is someone who will care about our student-athletes and help them succeed on and off the pitch.”

Allen, who played collegiate soccer at University of Houston, brings in over a decade of experience working in operations across a variety of organizations. After earning a degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Houston, Allen worked for J2 Global and Jungle Disk in Austin, Texas. Also with experience as a travel coordinator, Allen comes to USC after a year in Ohio serving as operations manager for Collective Style and Social House.

“I am excited and honored to join USC as the director of operations for women’s soccer,” Allen said. “This role presents a unique opportunity to support our student-athletes and coaches in achieving their goals. I look forward to contributing to the success and growth of the program and being part of such a prestigious institution.”

USC women’s soccer opens its 2024 season with an exhibition game at 7 p.m. on Aug. 10 against Long Beach State at Dignity Health Sports Park.
