About Garcia: Charlotte Garcia is the third-highest scorer in Hightstown history with 46 goals, leading to All-State recognition in 2021 and 2022 and a First Team All-Region selection in 2022. She was named a Top 100 Player in New Jersey Girls Soccer.

A two-sport standout, Garcia was a county and conference champion in the 110-meter hurdles, breaking the school record in that event as well as the 4×100 meter relay.

In the classroom, Garcia is a member of Honor Roll and the National Honors Society.

She is the daughter of Rutgers graduates Caroline and Al, and has three siblings, Christian, Alexander, and Carina.

Why Rutgers: “I chose Rutgers because I always admired the soccer program. My parents went to Rutgers and so does my sister, who is my best friend. I also chose Rutgers because of their welcoming staff and coaches. I was constantly reminded that I would be part of a family on the soccer team at Rutgers.”
