Leesburg, VA – Loudoun United FC (LUFC) today unveiled the complete lineup of the team’s technical staff for the 2024 season, underscoring the club’s commitment to excellence and innovation on the pitch.

At the forefront is Head Coach Ryan Martin, who is set to lead LUFC for his sixth consecutive year. Under his guidance, the team has seen substantial growth, both on and off the field. Martin’s philosophy of fostering a positive team culture, together with his technical acumen, has been instrumental in shaping the team’s competitive edge. His ability to develop young talent and create a cohesive unit has positioned LUFC as a formidable force in the league.

Joining the technical team is Steve Coleman, stepping in as the First Assistant Coach. Coleman arrives at LUFC from New Zealand, bringing with him a wealth of experience in cultivating high-performing teams. Known for his forward-thinking approach and innovative tactics, Coleman’s expertise in team building and culture development will be invaluable to LUFC. Previously, Coleman served as an assistant coach for the New Zealand National Team, contributing to their qualification for the upcoming Olympic games in Paris, France.

Assistant Coach Victor Lonchuk brings an extensive background in high-performance training, both domestically and internationally. The Argentinian also brings top-level video analysis and periodization for players. Lonchuk will be responsible for player performance, recovery, training, and coaching.
