SEATTLE, WA. – Seattle Reign FC today announced two upcoming preseason friendlies, with both matches taking place on the road.
The Reign will visit Husky Soccer Stadium on Wednesday, March 6, to play against the University of Washington Women’s soccer team. In this exciting friendly, former Husky standouts Makena Carr, Shae Holmes, Olivia Van der Jagt and McKenzie Weinert will make their return to Husky Soccer Stadium.
The local friendly will be open to the public, with kickoff at 7:00 p.m. PT. Fans can purchase tickets and learn more about parking by visiting fevo-enterprise.com/event/Uwseattle. Each ticket purchased will include a $5 donation to the UW Women’s soccer program.
Following the friendly against Washington, the Reign will travel south to Providence Park to take on Portland Thorns FC on Saturday, March 9, at 3:00 p.m. PT. This match will be closed to the public.
