Harry Kane has become the ‘face of Bayern Munich‘ according to club legend Lothar Matthaus.
The England captain has made a huge impact at the Bundesliga giants since his £100m move from Tottenham during the summer transfer window.
He could be on for a record-breaking season, after already netting 24 goals in 21 appearances this campaign.
Kane is set to be joined in Germany by his wife Kate and their four children, something which Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel believes could lead to him producing even higher level of performances going forward.
Bayern legend Matthaus meanwhile has claimed that Kane has already become a ‘great ambassador’ for the Bavarian side.

He told Sky Sports: ‘He is so well, very well – not only on the pitch, he is the face of Bayern Munich.
‘It’s not only in Germany, he is good for the Bundesliga, to make us internationally more present, get more interest.
‘Harry is a really good transfer, we are very happy. He has scored now in 15 games, he has scored 20 goals in the Bundesliga, top scorer.
‘He is very close with the fans, he is good with the media – he gives the interviews. He is a great ambassador, we cannot have a better ambassador from England than Harry Kane at this moment.’
Kane is finally set to be joined in Germany by Kate and their four children – Ivy, 6, Vivienne, 5, Louis, 2, and Henry, born on August 20 this year.
