Manchester United are reportedly targeting a move for Stuttgart forward Serhou Guirassy in the January transfer window.
Erik ten Hag‘s side are in search of attacking reinforcements during the winter transfer window, after a less than impressive start to the 2023-24 campaign.
The Red Devils suffered their fourth Premier League defeat at Old Trafford on Saturday, as they failed to find the back of the net in a 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth.
In response to their struggles in front of goal, according to Sky Germany, the Red Devils have turned their attention to Stuttgart’s red-hot forward Guirassy.
The 27-year-old has 16 goals and one assist from his 11 Bundesliga outings this term and has continued to attract interest from a number of Europe’s top clubs.

The outlet claim that United and Stuttgart representatives have already held talks regarding a potential move, which could come at a bargain price for the Red Devils.
They claim that Guirassy would be available for less than £17million (€20million) in January and it’s previously been reported that the striker Guriassy has a release clause of just £15m in his Stuttgart contract.
It’s also reported that the forward is open to talks with United but would prefer to stay in Germany until the summer before moving on.
United will be keen to bolster their front-line after their struggles in front of goal this year, which was highlighted in their disappointing defeat to the Cherries.
The loss means that ten Hag‘s side have now suffered more defeats at home since Ferguson left the club, than the legendary manager suffered in his 27-year spell in charge of the Red Devils, according to Squawka.
