COLUMBIA, Mo – University of Missouri Soccer welcomes Florida to Audrey J. Walton Stadium at 5 p.m. on Sunday. The contest will be available to be streamed live on SECN+.
The matchup will serve as senior night for Missouri (2-6-2, 0-2-1 SEC). As a result, fans are encouraged to be in their seats at 4:25 for a special ceremony honoring the graduating members of the class of 2025.
Milena Fischer, Rachel Kutella, Kassidy Roshong, Jenna McCormick, Ashly Mills, Leah Selm, Bella Hollenbach will all be recognized for their collegiate accomplishments.
The Tigers are coming off a 1-1 draw to Alabama on Thursday night.
Senior midfielder Milena Fischer scored the Tigers’ goal and leads the team with three goals on the season.
In total, eight different Tigers have scored goals this season including Fischer (3), Simmons (2), Selm (2), Landis Canada, Bella Carillo, Monica Brauner, Brianna Buels and Keegan Good.
Sophomore goalkeeper Kate Phillips made her third consecutive start and fourth appearance against Alabama. She tallied 5 saves, her second most in a game this season.
Freshman Landis Canada has started every game this season while freshman Emily Derucki has started four consecutive contests and has played 462 minutes on the year.
Florida enters Sunday at 3-2-5 including a 0-1-1 record in SEC play following a loss to Auburn on Sept. 22.
Florida is coached by Samantha Bohon who holds a 11-21-12 record in three years in Gainesville.
The Gators’ roster is headlined by freshman Vera Blom who leads the team with three goals on the season.
Sunday will mark the 18th meeting between the programs with the Gators leading the all-time series 8-7-2. Missouri leads the series at home 4-2-1 and earned a 3-2 win in the last meeting on Sept. 15, 2023.
Admission is free to all Missouri home games this season.
