CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The No. 2 Virginia women’s soccer team (7-0-0, 0-0-0 ACC) hits the road to open conference play on Thursday (Sept. 12) as the Hoos head south to face Miami (3-2-1, 0-0-0 ACC). Kick is set for 7 p.m.

- The Cavaliers moved up to No. 2 in the latest United Soccer Coaches rankings following a pair of shutout victories on the road at VCU and at home vs. Howard to close non-conference play
