West Ham linked with Tammy Abraham move

Howe thinks Newcastle player should leave the club for his own good

West Ham United are keen on signing Tammy Abraham from Roma this summer.

According to a report from Gazzetta Dello Sport, West Ham are one of the main interested parties when it comes to the 26-year-old England international striker and it will be interesting to see if they can get the deal done. Roma are holding out for a fee of around €25 million for the player.

West Ham have already signed Niclas Füllkrug to lead the line for them this season and it remains to be seen whether they are ready to splash out on another striker. The Hammers will need to improve the other areas of their squad as well.

Tammy Abraham to West Ham?

Will West Ham move for Tammy Abraham?

West Ham have a talented squad at their disposal and they have brought in a quality manager like Julen Lopetegui. They will look to push for European qualification this season and they will look to do well in the domestic trophies as well.

They need a deeper squad with more options and Abraham could be a useful acquisition for them. However, the former Chelsea Academy graduate might not be a regular starter for them, especially with Fullkrug at the club.

Abraham needs to join a club where he will play regularly. He should be the focal point of his team’s attack and it remains to be seen where he ends up.

The opportunity to return to the Premier league could be quite exciting for the 26-year-old striker, and he will look to prove himself in English football once again. He will feel that he has unfinished business in the Premier League. West Ham are an ambitious club with an exciting project and he is likely to be attracted to the idea of joining them if the opportunity presents itself.
