Simmons Tabbed No. 34 in Top Drawer Soccer National Rankings


COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri Soccer junior forward Kylee Simmons has been ranked No. 34 in Top Drawer Soccer’s collegiate player rankings, as announced by the media organization announced on Tuesday.

Simmons and the Tigers will begin the 2024 season at 7 p.m. on Thursday against Missouri State at Walton Stadium.

A 2023 All-SEC First Team performer, Simmons had a standout sophomore season as she led the conference with 11 goals and ranked second in the SEC with 24 points. Additionally, the West Chester, Ohio native put 29 of her 46 shots on goal, finishing 18th in the country in shot accuracy (.630).

The ranking is the latest accolade in the decorated career for the forward who has previously been named SEC Offensive Player of the Week, United Soccer Coaches Player of the Week and was honored on Top Drawer’s Women’s Team of the Week.

Off the field, Simmons earned a spot on the 2023 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll.
