Wilfried Zaha is being linked with a possible return to the Premier League this summer just one year after he left England to join Galatasaray in Turkey.

The 31-year-old winger produced 68 goals and 29 assists in 305 Premier League appearances for Manchester United, Cardiff City and Crystal Palace.

He has netted 10 times in 42 games in all competitions following his move to Istanbul, including a goal in Galatasaray’s 3-2 win at Old Trafford in the UEFA Champions League in October.

Zaha – who has represented both England and the Ivory Coast at international level – is under contract at RAMS Park until June 2026.

But according to The Mirror, Galatasaray want to offload Zaha this summer because they can no longer afford his £300,000-a-week wages.

Palace are said to be interested in re-signing Zaha, while Wolves and West Ham are also reportedly keen.

However, Zaha would need to take a significant pay-cut to join any of those clubs.

Zaha won two trophies with Galatasaray last season – the Super Lig and Turkish Super Cup.

Galatasaray topped the table with an impressive tally of 102 points after 38 games, which saw them finish three points above fierce rivals Fenerbahce.

Zaha had never previously won a major trophy in his career, although he lifted the FA Community Shield with Man United in 2013, having been a winner in the Championship play-off final with Palace earlier that year.
