The Group F clash will see these two nations meet for the first time since May 2012 and only the third time ever competitively.

Turkey have dominated the head-to-head battles in this fixture, winning three of the previous five, including 3-1 in the most recent clash 14 years ago — Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop were among the goalscorers that day.

Vincenzo Montella’s side are favourites to take all three points, especially given Georgia’s status as minnows and tournament debutants. However, Turkey head to the Euros on terrible form, with three defeats and two draws in their last five matches, including a 6-1 thrashing at the hands of Austria in March.

As for Georgia, Spain are the only side to beat them in their last seven matches, which includes a 3-1 victory over Montenegro in their final pre-tournament friendly.
