TULSA – FC Tulsa draws 2-2 against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC at ONEOK Field, however they go unbeaten in 4 straight matches.

FC Tulsa came out strong with forward Phillip Goodrum getting fouled right on the 18-yard box in the 10′ minute, resulting in a goal in the 11′ minute that went off the post and bounced in from the opposing Goalkeeper’s head counting as a Riverhounds own goal.

Back-to-back yellow cards were dealt in the 21′ and 22′ minutes for the Riverhounds defender Pat Hogan and FC Tulsa forward Stefan Stojanovic.

Midfielder Boubacar Diallo doubled FC Tulsa’s lead with a goal in the 32′ minute as Goodrum assisted as he passed the ball across the goal line perfectly lining up for Diallo to come in with his left foot.

The yellow card mania continued at the end of the first half and well into the second half with cards being drawn for Pittsburgh side Forward Edward Kizza in the 41′ minute and midfielder Bradley Sample in the 50′ minute.

The first half ended 2-0 with FC Tulsa taking the lead in their second game against Pittsburgh this week.

After a quiet first half for Pittsburgh, midfielder Daniel Griffin scored one for the Riverhounds in the 63′ minute.

FC Tulsa and Pittsburgh both utilized their first subs in the second half. Forward Kazaiah Sterling went in for the Riverhounds, and FC Tulsa sent midfielder Milo Yosef in for defender Arthur Rogers and midfielder Alex Dalou in place of forward Stefan Stojanovic.

Yellow cards were thrown up continuously throughout the second half. Pittsburgh’s goalkeeper Gabriel Perrota and assistant coach both earned themselves yellow cards, and FC Tulsa’s Edwin Laszo and Rashid Tetteh took yellow cards in the 74′ and 86′ minutes.
