RENTON, WASH. – Tacoma Defiance (3-1-0, 9 points) travels to North Texas SC (0-0-3, 5 points) on Sunday, April 14 at Choctaw Stadium (5:30 p.m. / MLSNEXTPro.com).
Tacoma is coming off a 2-0 win over LAFC2 last weekend that featured goals from Yu Tsukanome and Chris Aquino.
With the result, Defiance sits in second place in the Pacific Division with nine points, one point above LAFC2 and three points behind Ventura County FC.
Tacoma and North Texas played twice in 2023, with Defiance winning 3-0 on July 9 at Starfire Stadium before drawing 2-2 and winning the ensuing shootout on August 19 at Choctaw Stadium.
Following Sunday’s match, Defiance returns home to host Whitecaps FC 2 on Sunday, April 21 at Starfire Stadium (8:00 p.m. PT / MLSNEXTPro.com).
