Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City fixtures compared after Gameweek 32

It was another weekend of drama in the Premier League title race as a large number of twists and turns helped Arsenal end Gameweek 32 at the top of the table.

The Gunners’ 3-0 victory at Brighton was an emphatic response to Manchester City’s 4-2 triumph at Crystal Palace and means they sit in first place on goal difference after Liverpool could only draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The run-in will provide even more drama for all three teams, but who has the easiest batch of fixtures? Here are Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City’s final seven league games of the 2023/24 season.

Liverpool‘s run-in continues next Sunday when they host Crystal Palace, though they are also in action against Atalanta in the Europa League, in which their participation could have knock-on effects in the Premier League should they go far.

Gameweek 33 sees the Reds play twice, visiting Fulham and Everton in the space of four days, and they’ll return to London at the end of April with a trip to West Ham. They’re back at home when Tottenham arrive at Anfield before concluding the campaign against Aston Villa and Wolves.

Arsenal‘s next task in their search for a first Premier League title since 2003/04 comes against top-four hopefuls Aston Villa. With victory hopefully assured for Mikel Arteta, the Gunners then face Wolves and Chelsea in quick succession before the north London derby away at Tottenham.

In their final three league games, Arteta will hope to oversee triumphs over Bournemouth, a rag-tag Manchester United and Everton on the last day of the season.

Man City could yet repeat their treble glory from last season and some punters believe their run-in is the easiest out of the title contenders.

The Cityzens are renowned for their late-season bursts that secure Premier League titles and upcoming clashes with Luton Town, Brighton and Nottingham Forest are ones Pep Guardiola will expect to win.

The current champions also face Tottenham in a match which still needs rescheduling but round off their campaign against two London outfits in Fulham and West Ham.
