Injury Report: Four Missing for Home Opener

Defender Alexander Callens Departs New York City Football Club

New York City FC face Portland Timbers in their home opener on Saturday.

Head Coach Nick Cushing will be without four players for the game. Defender Rio Hope-Gund has an abdomen complaint, while Talles Magno is out due to a left knee issue. Elsewhere, James Sands will miss the game through suspension following his red card against St. Louis City last time out, while Maxi Moralez is continuing his recovery from a knee injury he sustained last year.
