As announced Wednesday at Primary Children’s Hospital, RSL has entered into an innovative new community partnership with Intermountain Health. Elements of that long-term union are represented on the ‘Peak Utah’ kit, as the logo of Select Health, Intermountain’s award-winning health plan, will be featured on the front of the RSL primary and secondary kits, beginning with the 2024 season. Intermountain Health’s recently-revamped “IH” logo will also be featured on the sleeve of both the RSL & Utah Royals jerseys for 2024 and beyond.

The “Peak Utah” kit is NOW AVAILABLE starting today at the newly-revamped Real Salt Lake Team Store, located on the NorthEast corner of America First Field (9256 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070). The RSL Team Store – now managed by Fanatics – is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fans can also find the “Peak Utah” kit at https://www.MLSstore.com/en/ or www.RSLTeamStore.com.

“In our previous 20 years as a club, we’ve never done anything that shows how symbolic our mountains are for the entire state of Utah,” Tyler Gibbons, RSL Vice President of Marketing & Game Presentation said. “When we were designing this a few years ago, our thoughts centered on creating a traditional RSL primary kit with a modern, localized twist. We couldn’t be happier with the final product & can’t wait to see it our fans & players wear it.”

Real Salt Lake returns 10 of the 11 starters from last year’s postseason series against Houston for the 2024 MLS season, as well as healthy versions of both FW Chicho Arango and MF Pablo Ruiz, neither of whom were able to start in that playoff round.

The 2023 RSL side amassed the Club’s seventh 50-point season all-time, and just the second since the 2014 campaign. Finishing 11th overall out of 29 teams, RSL crashed out of the postseason by the thinnest of margins for a second consecutive year (Austin 2022, Houston 2023), dropping a road shootout tiebreaker in Texas. Based on that finish, RSL will be grouped with both Houston and Liga MX side Atlas F.C. in Leagues Cup 2024…
