PITTSBURGH – Despite a late rally, the Pitt men’s soccer team (6-6-4, 2-3-2 ACC) fell on Wednesday night at Ambrose Urbanic Field in the First Round of the ACC Championship to No. 9 Louisville, 2-1, in double overtime.

  • Cabral Carter came up with a big stop just two minutes in as a Louisville winger got in free and ripped a hard shot that Carter grabbed
  • Pitt had a great chance in the 21st minute as Guilherme Feitosa got free inside the box but his hard low shot was kicked away by the Louisville keeper to keep the game tied, 0-0
