TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – For the third consecutive year, the No. 25 Alabama soccer team (11-4-4, 5-4-1 SEC) will open competition in the quarterfinals of the Southeastern Conference Tournament as the Crimson Tide faces No. 21 Mississippi State (10-4-4, 5-3-2 SEC) on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. CT.
Alabama, playing as the fifth seed, and Mississippi State, playing as the fourth seed, will go head-to-head in the quarterfinals for the second straight year after the two teams faced off in 2022. The Tide won that game, 2-0, as the Crimson Tide went on to compete in the championship match last season.
