LOS ANGELES – The LA Galaxy today announced programming details for their home match against the San Jose Earthquakes, in a match presented by Corazón Tequila, at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday, May 14 (6:30 p.m. PT; MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, FS1, LA Galaxy Radio, LA Galaxy Spanish Radio).


SoccerFest

Cozmo’s Cadets, LA Galaxy Programming and the LA Galaxy Ticket Sales team will be at SoccerFest this Sunday. Fans can stop by the Cozmo’s Cadets booth to create a special Mother’s Day card, with the first 100 mothers receiving a Mother’s Day flower. The LA Times and Urgent Company will also have presence at SoccerFest.

LA Galaxy Foundation

The LA Galaxy Foundation will be hosting its annual Equipment Sale at SoccerFest on Sunday. Season Ticket Members will receive early access to the cashless sale beginning at 4:30 p.m. PT, while general admission will have access beginning at 5:00 p.m. PT. All proceeds will benefit the Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation. Sunday’s Community Partner of the Match, LA vs HATE, will be at SoccerFest. Fans can stop by for giveaways and to learn more about the organization. The LA Galaxy Foundation is partnering with Levy Restaurants on the Foundation Donation Program, with fans now having the opportunity to make a donation to the LA Galaxy Foundation when purchasing food and beverages from all brick and mortar concession stands. All proceeds will benefit the LA Galaxy Foundation. Sunday’s Hero of the Match will be Brandon Tsay, who disarmed the 2023 Monterey Park gunman.

AAPI Ticket Package

The LA Galaxy are celebrating AAPI Month with a special ticket package for the match against San Jose as part of AAPI Heritage Night. The AAPI scarf is a collaboration with Asian American gymnast Katelyn Ohashi. Ohashi is a former UCLA All-American, NCAA National Champion and ESPY winner. She was a four-time member of USA Gymnastics’ Junior National Team, the 2011 junior national champion and the winner of the 2013 American Cup. Ohashi provided the design inspiration using Kintsugi (the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold; a metaphor for embracing your flaws and imperfections) and koi fish for one side of the scarf. The other side of the scarf uses a concentric circle pattern commonly found on AAPI artwork, which represents the ocean.
