Kirt Announces 2023 Spring Schedule

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee soccer head coach Joe Kirt has announced the program’s exhibition schedule for the 2023 spring semester. The slate features five matches, including two at Regal Soccer Stadium, road trips to Wake Forest and Clemson, and a neutral site matchup against Auburn in Atlanta.

Tennessee looks to build off a 2022 campaign in which the team captured its third straight SEC East Division Championship, tying South Carolina for the title with 15 points in divisional play while finishing second overall in the league with 22 points. The 2022 squad posted 10 shutouts on the season, went undefeated on the road in conference play for the first time in program history, and made its second straight NCAA Tournament appearance en route to a final record of 11-6-2.

The Lady Vols return six starters from the 2022 season and welcomed freshman Kayla Barr onto campus as a mid-year enrollee.
