Wake Forest Lands Three on All-ACC Academic Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Three members of the Wake Forest women’s soccer program have been named to the All-ACC Academic team, as announced by the league office Wednesday evening.

Juniors Liv Stowell and Kristi Vierra, along with graduate student Giovanna DeMarco all earned the nod as a result of their performances on the pitch and in the classroom during the 2022 campaign.

Wednesday’s recognition marked the first for Stowell, Vierra and DeMarco. Of note, Wake Forest has now posted 10 different individuals on the list in the past two seasons.
