Javier Hernandez has posted a picture of himself smiling happily alongside Wayne Rooney – seven years after hinting Rooney was behind his Manchester United exit.

Hernandez revealed in a 2016 interview that the English star was the reason he left United – but there seemed to be no hard feelings as he posed with the Red Devils legend.

The duo played 98 times together for United, combining for 14 goals, most notably the second in a 2-0 Champions League semi-final win against Schalke in 2011.
