EVANSTON, Ill. –– Northwestern trailed Milwaukee 1-0 at halftime, but fought back to tie up the game at 1-1 Wednesday at home at Lanny and Sharon Martin Stadium.

The tie moved Northwestern’s record to 2-7-5 overall.

How it Happened

Milwaukee broke the 0-0 tie when Emil Lindgren Pedersen scored in the 30th minute, assisted by David Cox and Dontell Gilyard.

In the 57th minute, Ethan Dudley’s shot from distance was saved, but Joseph Arena found the rebound and headed it toward the back of the net to level the score.

The 1-1 deadlock held for the remainder of the game.
