After earning its second Supporters’ Shield as the best team in Major League Soccer during the 2022 regular season, the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) enters the 2022 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs as the top seed in the Western Conference and hosts the LA Galaxy on Thursday, Oct. 20 at Banc of California Stadium in a Western Conference Semifinal game at 7 p.m. PT (FS1/FOX Deportes/710 AM/980 AM).
Leading up to the Western Conference Semifinal match, LAFC will have events and interactions throughout the city to encourage fans to #BlackOutLA and sport LAFC gear all week.
LAFC kicked off #BlackOutLA week with two community visits – Black & Gold Book Give Away at Stoner Elementary School and the Club also participated in the Festa Italiana in San Pedro on Oct. 15, a celebration of Italian culture hosted by the Little Italy of Los Angeles Association in collaboration with Councilmember Joe Buscaino of the CD 15.
Leading up to Thursday’s match, select LAFC Bar Partners across Los Angeles will be offering daily happy hour food and drink specials for LAFC fans who #BlackOutLA.
On Wednesday, Oct. 19, Trejo’s Donuts & Coffee (6785 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038) will add a special LAFC Playoff Donut to their menu, available all day. Fans who visit Trejo’s Donuts & Coffee on Wednesday wearing LAFC gear can enjoy an LAFC playoff donut and cup of house coffee for $3.52 and can take home a dozen LAFC Playoff Donuts for $32.52 in honor of the club’s most dedicated supporters.

WHAT: LAFC and University of Phoenix teamed up to provide book packs for over 250 students at Stoner Avenue Elementary. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, each book pack contained two books that were either written by Hispanic authors or featured Hispanic lead characters.
