Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has no time to bask in a comprehensive Champions League win over Copenhagen in midweek, with his team straight back to action in the Premier League when they host Southampton at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.
Ahead of the game, Guardiola was unsurprisingly asked repeatedly in his pre-match press conference about goalscoring sensation Erling Haaland, but his thoughts on the busy schedule and what they will face from Southampton also came up.
Are you in disbelief about Erling Haaland’s goalscoring feats?
“It is not about disbelief. It is the fact that he has an incredible instinct. He has an incredible sense as a striker he goes one second before the ball arrives.
“These types of player, how can a manager teach him? It is impossible. He is a natural. He did it Norway, Austria, he smells it. Thank you for choosing us.”
Is it possible to improve Erling Haaland?

How are Man City coping with the schedule?
