BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Northwestern came up short against Indiana 4-1 Tuesday on the road at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
The loss dropped Northwestern’s record to 1-6-2 overall and 0-3-0 in Big Ten action.

Northwestern took a 1-0 lead when Justin Weiss recorded his second goal of the season in the 47th minute, assisted by Jason Gajadhar.

The Hoosiers responded with three goals in three-minute span to take a two-goal lead.
Indiana added to its lead to make it a 4-1 game on Wittenbrink’s goal in the 76th minute, assisted by Samuel Sarver. The match closed without another goal scored.
