Magic Numbers: San Antonio’s 64 points can only be surpassed by San Diego (max of 67) or Sacramento (max of 64) in the Western Conference. Four more points won by SAFC moves the team’s total to 68, out of reach of any foe in the west and guaranteeing home field advantage until the USL Championship Final. In the Eastern Conference, Louisville City (max of 75), Memphis (max of 73), Tampa Bay (max of 72), Birmingham (max of 66) and Pittsburgh (max of 64) are still in play to finish ahead of SAFC.
Chasing League History: SAFC is just the eighth team in USL Championship history to win 20 matches, with the team in a four-way tie for the fifth-most ever. With five matches still to play, San Antonio is four wins and 14 points shy of the league best marks set by Phoenix in 2019 (24 wins and 78 points).
