How it Happened

  • UAlbany’s best chance to score in the first half came in the 24th minute when Max Wilhelm ripped a shot from the left side, beat Dartmouth goalkeeper Costi Christodoulou wide, but the shot missed the mark just wide of the far post.
  • Dartmouth had its best scoring chance of the first half soon after in the 30th minute.  Their first shot from the penalty kick marker was blocked by the UAlbany defense but pulled Great Danes’ goalkeeper Shafique Wilson out of position.  On the rebound, Dartmouth faced an open net, but Wilson recovered to make the save on the line.
