Arsenal have been told that Juventus midfielder Arthur would be available for “basically nothing” should they choose to sign him this summer.
The Gunners have acted well in the transfer market this summer to bring in the likes of Gabriel Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Fabio Vieira.
This contrasts with January as the club’s supporters were frustrated that they did not add to their squad before the Premier League run-in.
